A little about me
I'm a creative thinker with a diverse background in building brands and growing businesses. I have more 25 years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, integrated marketing communications, events and promotions, market research, and performance measurement. I’ve worked at large agencies, small ones, and everything in between.
I began my professional journey in the “traditional” world, but grew up during the digital evolution. This means I can see the entire communications landscape for what it is and work easily across all channels. I also think that’s what sets me apart. Oh, and I'm not a fan of the tactics-in-search-of-a-strategy approach when it comes to marketing.
I'm an entrepreneur, mentor, aspiring author, pet parent, and amateur athlete. I’ve completed the half Ironman in Kona, bought a horse farm, lived in France, and pretty much tackled off everything on my bucket list with one exception (but I’m still working on that one).
I’m also the founder of Hello Jolly Roger - a full-service, scalable team of freelancing friends - for when I need more than just marketing and strategy to get the job done.
